Lullay is developed and operated by PJEJ Pty Ltd (ABN available on request), based in Australia. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

Lullay does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any other identifying information.

All audio content is stored locally on your device. When using Lullay's multi-device features, audio synchronisation data is transmitted directly between your devices using Apple's Multipeer Connectivity framework — this data never passes through our servers because we do not operate any servers.

Purchases and subscriptions

If you purchase a Lullay subscription or lifetime licence, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. PJEJ Pty Ltd does not receive or store your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information on how Apple handles purchase data.

Analytics and crash reporting

Lullay uses Apple's built-in performance and crash reporting tools (MetricKit and Xcode Organizer). This data is aggregated and anonymised by Apple before we can see it. We receive no information that could identify you personally. No third-party analytics SDKs are used.

Third parties

We do not share data with third parties because we do not collect data to share. Lullay contains no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party analytics frameworks.

Children's privacy

Lullay does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. The app contains no data collection of any kind.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page occasionally.
